Jiang Hanchen, born in 1992, is an Associate Professor in School of Government, University of International Business and Economics. He received his Bachelor degree in Hydraulic Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2013 and his Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2019. He was a postdoctoral researcher in School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University, and a visiting scholar in University of California, San Diego, USA. His research interests include digital government, and computational social sciences. He has published more than 20 papers in Public Administration, Information Systems Research, Public Performance and Management Review, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, European Management Journal, Land Use Policy, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews and other Chinese or international journals. His research work has been supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He participated in two projects granted by National Natural Science Foundation of China. He was a Shuimu fellow in Tsinghua University and won the excellent Ph.D. dissertation of Tsinghua University.
